Executive Performance Coaching is a holistic, individualized three-month program offered to a select group of twelve investors and executives in meaningful companies. Forcing Function clients multiply their productivity, achieve clarity on what's most important, and design lives of maximum freedom and purpose.

Performance coaching is personalized to accelerate the achievement of your greatest mission. Your schedule will be a clear reflection of your priorities, and you will install habits and systems so that your best self shows up every day.

What’s included:

Six (6) coaching sessions of 60 minutes (the first session is 90 minutes) over Zoom. We spend this time uncovering your current bottleneck and designing experiments to break through to your next level of performance. The time is yours. I both set the agenda and follow your lead as appropriate.
Executive summaries are sent after each session. This summary contains action items to complete, resources to accelerate your progress, and my detailed session notes along. I add the audio recording in a private shared folder in case you want to relisten to it later.
Unlimited messaging between sessions via email or Slack. You set your own speed limit. I check in with you weekly to tighten feedback loops and hold your feet to the fire. Think of me as your wartime consigliere.
A walkthrough of my system for peak performance. I've been iterating on this for years and can give you access to all of the tools and templates I use every day. I'll take years off your learning curve and distil principles that can pay compounding dividends for the rest of your life.
